Randolph Community Clinic is open for your healthcare needs!
August 2020 Update:
May 2020 Update:
Hello!
You are a valued patient at the Randolph Community Clinic, and we appreciate the trust you place in us. We also want to let you know how our clinic is addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation:
Our highest priority is to keep all our patients and staff as safe as possible.
As a small independent business, we are working diligently to remain open through this pandemic and to be here to provide care to all our wonderful patients, but we need your help. We ask that as we continue to monitor the recommendations of public health authorities, you also assist us in keeping yourself healthy. You can help us do this by keeping your routine scheduled appointments for your chronic health conditions and your wellness exams, whether in person or by using our new telehealth service.
Our clinic is following all recommended guidance from public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene, infection control, and medical professional team health. We feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients and providing the same high-quality primary care you have come to expect and deserve. We have implemented concierge arrivals (call us from your car when you get here, and a staff member will meet you at the door). We have also partnered with local and state-wide resources so that, effective 4/20/20, any patient who needs COVID-19 testing can be referred for a test.
We understand that patients with immune-compromised states or with underlying medical problems like asthma, heart disease and diabetes are more likely to develop serious illness with COVID-19. While social distancing and other measures to prevent infection are critical, it is also important to remain healthy and keep your pre-existing medical conditions well controlled. You can do this by continuing regular follow ups with us (including getting your lab tests done and keeping your immunizations up to date).
Randolph Community Clinic is now offering private and secure telehealth video visits to our patients to make sure that your healthcare remains uninterrupted. This puts you in contact with your provider in a safe, non-exposed way from the comfort of your home. Not all conditions can be treated via telehealth, but we are working hard to limit exposure, especially for our compromised patients. Please call us today to discuss the option that is right for you.
Thank you for helping our independent medical clinic stay open to serve our community now and into the future. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
Dr. Lucarelli, Teresa Wiersma NP, Linda Mulder PA-C, and staff.
